BidShortlist is an AI-assisted tool that helps Australian businesses prepare responses to government tenders. Users upload a tender, and BidShortlist drafts responses to the selection criteria using the evidence the user provides. Drafts are a starting point and must be reviewed by the user before submission.

3. Plans and Payments

• Your first bid is free with no credit card required
• Pay As You Go bids are charged per bid; subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel a subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law or our satisfaction guarantee

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

BidShortlist is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated drafts — you must review and verify every response before submitting
• Your success in winning tenders or meeting submission requirements
• Service interruptions beyond our control

6. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
