BidShortlist is an AI tool that helps Australian businesses win government tenders. You upload a tender, and it drafts compliant, evidence-backed responses to every selection criterion — built from your own business's experience. You edit, compliance-check, and export to Word.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
A chatbot gives you a blank box. BidShortlist runs the whole tender workflow: it extracts every criterion, word limit and mandatory requirement, drafts each response grounded in your real past projects and certifications, checks compliance so you don't get disqualified, and remembers your business so every future bid is faster. A general chatbot starts from zero each time.
Do I need to provide the tender?
Yes — you upload the specific tender you want to win (PDF or pasted text). There's no manual searching; you bring the tender you care about and we do the writing.
How does it use my business information?
You add your capability statement, past projects, certifications, insurances and key staff once. This evidence library grounds every response so drafts sound like your business and never fabricate experience. It's reused on every bid.
Is my first bid really free?
Yes. Your first complete tender response is free — no credit card. You only pay if you want to do more.
How much does it cost?
After your free first bid: Pay As You Go is $149 per bid with no commitment; Professional is $199/month for up to 15 bids plus AI panel review; Teams is $499/month for up to 30 bids and businesses managing multiple clients.
Will the AI make things up about my business?
No. Responses are grounded strictly in the evidence you provide. The more detail you add to your evidence library, the stronger and more specific your drafts — but it won't invent projects, staff or certifications you haven't given it.
Can I edit the drafts?
Always. Every response is fully editable inline, and you can redraft any answer with one click. The AI gives you a strong first draft; you stay in control.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in or cancellation fees. Pay As You Go has no commitment at all.
What if a draft isn't good enough?
Every bid is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If a draft isn't useful, contact us and we'll make it right.
