What is BidShortlist?
BidShortlist is a subscription service that finds Australian government tenders matching your business profile and delivers them to your inbox. We monitor tender portals daily so you don't have to.
How does the matching work?
You tell us your industry, preferred states, and keywords. Our system scans new tenders and scores them against your preferences. Only relevant matches make it to your shortlist.
What tender sources do you monitor?
We monitor official government tender portals including Federal (Australia-wide), Victorian and NSW state sources. Federal tenders are available to businesses in all states. We focus on quality coverage from reliable sources.
How often will I receive emails?
You choose: daily updates for active tender hunters, or a weekly summary if you prefer less frequent updates. You can change this anytime.
Will I see duplicate tenders?
No. We track every tender we've sent you and never include duplicates in future shortlists.
What if there are no matching tenders?
If no tenders match your criteria, we'll send you a "no matches" email so you know we're still monitoring and haven't forgotten about you.
Can I change my preferences?
Yes, you can update your industry, states, keywords, and frequency anytime through your account settings.
How much does it cost?
Our Daily plan is $39/month for daily emails, or $29/month for weekly summaries (GST included). Both include a 14-day free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No minimum term, no cancellation fees. Cancel with one click from your account.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Is my data secure?
