We include federal government construction tenders (available to contractors Australia-wide) plus state tenders from Victoria and NSW. This covers building construction, civil works, infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, and specialist trade opportunities.
How is this different from checking AusTender myself?
AusTender only shows federal tenders and has basic keyword alerts. BidShortlist combines federal + VIC + NSW tenders, applies AI relevance scoring, and explains why each tender matches your specific business. You get a curated shortlist instead of wading through hundreds of irrelevant tenders.
Can I filter for specific trade work like electrical or plumbing?
Yes. During setup, you can add specific keywords like "electrical", "plumbing", "HVAC", or "carpentry" to target the exact work you want. You can also add exclusion keywords to filter out irrelevant tender types.
I am based in Queensland. Will this work for me?
Yes. Federal tenders are open to contractors from any state. However, BidShortlist currently only monitors state tenders from Victoria and NSW. We are actively working to add Queensland and other states.
What does the 60+ relevance score mean?
Our AI scores every tender 0-100 based on how well it matches your keywords, industry, and preferences. Only tenders scoring 60 or above make your shortlist. This ensures you only see opportunities genuinely relevant to your business.
How much does it cost?
